Car Rental Terms
The minimum age of the renter and any additional driver is 21 years. The driver must hold a valid driving licence for at least one (1) year prior to the rental start date.
The minimum rental period is twenty-four (24) hours. Any additional hour or delay in returning the vehicle may result in additional charges according to the company's current price list.
The vehicle is delivered in good mechanical and cosmetic condition and must be returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear resulting from ordinary use.
The renter is solely responsible for the payment of all fines, administrative penalties, traffic violations, parking fees, and any other charges incurred during the rental period.
The use of the vehicle for racing, speed testing, dangerous or illegal activities, subleasing, driver training, the transportation of hazardous materials, or any other use not provided for in these terms is prohibited.
Any accident, damage, breakdown, loss, or incident involving the vehicle must be reported to the company immediately. Failure to notify the company in a timely manner may affect the insurance coverage and the renter's liabilities.
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter and the additional drivers listed in the rental agreement. Driving by any unauthorized person is prohibited.
The company reserves the right to request a security deposit or a pre-authorization before delivering the vehicle, according to the vehicle category and the company's policy.
Reservation cancellations are governed by the company's applicable Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
By completing the reservation and/or signing the rental agreement, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Rental Terms.
The customer may cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pickup without any charge.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, the company reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit.
